Rates & House Policies
Our listed rates rent the entire home for your exclusive use during your stay.
Sun-Thurs: $200/night. Rates are based on 1-2 guests; add $25 charge per night, per additional guest up to the maximum of 6 guests.
Fri-Sat: $250/night. Rates are based on 1-2 guests; add $25 charge per night, per additional guest up to the maximum of 6 guests. These rates also apply for any stay that includes Memorial Day, International Pinot Noir Celebration, Thanksgiving or Christmas. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged per reservation.
Rates are subject to state and local lodging tax of 8.5%. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card or cash accepted. Two night minimum stay required, with three night minimum stay required for reservations that include Memorial Day, International Pinot Noir Celebration, Thanksgiving or Christmas. A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount at the time of the reservation and are nonrefundable.
Cancellation - Deposits will be refunded for cancellations made in writing 21 or more days prior to check-in. No refunds after 21 days prior to check-in unless house is rebooked for that time period. Shortening your reservation during your stay is considered a cancellation for the affected nights. There are no refunds for early departure.
Special events minimums may apply.
Small groups, business persons, singles, couples, and families with children (12 years or older only) are welcome. There is a 6 person maximum allowed per night.

We regret that pets are not permitted. We highly recommend Tail Wag Inn for pet accommodations.
