Rates & House Policies

$190 per night single or double occupancy rents the entire home for your exclusive use. $25 charge per night for each additional person over two. Rates are subject to state and local lodging tax of 7%. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed. Visa, MasterCard, debit card or cash accepted. Two night minimum stay required on weekends and holidays. A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of reservation for a one to three night stay. A stay of four or more nights requires a deposit at the time of reservation of 50% of the total for your stay. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount at the time of the reservation and are nonrefundable.

Cancellation - Deposits will be refunded (less $25 cancellation fee) with 21 days prior written notice. No refunds with less than 21 days notice. Shortening your reservation during your stay is considered a cancellation for the affected nights. There are no refunds for early departure.

Special events minimums may apply.

Small groups, business persons, singles, couples, and families with children (12 years or older only) are welcome.

We regret that pets are not permitted. We highly recommend Tail Wag Inn for pet accommodations.
